| La Posada Cañón Devata, the guest house started by our family thirty years ago, is a meandering story of visitors from around the world congregating and enjoying the serenity of a place that grew through the caring and talent of Suzanne and Mateo. It is much like a large sculpture in the foliage of the small canyon it grew-up in, where every stairway made and corner built came about as an expression of the lives of all those that participated in its creation. You will find that the climb up the side of the canyon to “El Cielo” will be much akin to making your way to heaven when you arrive at the terrace above the bay and sit to enjoy the view. When you come across one of the many little altars and sweet corners throughout the place that came about through the many years of building it with such care and attention, you will feel the intention of every moment that has passed here. The attention to detail found in every space, the love with which it was done and the hard work that made it possible all make for a special space through which it is always a pleasure to wander and live. |

| After many years of being a home to not only our family, but that of many guests who have become friends throughout the years, we are wanting to open La Posada’s doors to those interested in becoming part of a community of members within this special place. It is a continuation of what it has always been, a gathering of people in a peaceful environment that offers a quality of life and lifestyle that we have long enjoyed and benefited from and now wish to share on a long-term basis with those looking for the same. |

Angel Canyon Community is not only a physical place to arrive and a community to be part of, but more than anything it is an opportunity to partake in the calm lifestyle and pace of the south of Mexico, the small village life that surrounds it, the beautiful beaches to spend calm days on and the benefits of living within a large home which is La Posada, with all the services and amenities of a fully staffed guest house. |

Many of you may know what a short-term stay is like with us, but imagine being able to live as many months a year as you would like within our grounds and with our family of staff members assisting you with everything from laundry service to cleaning your room and making your flight arrangements! Our healthy and delicious meals would be something to enjoy daily and thrive on; the gatherings around our long dining tables have always been memorable!
